Yes — this package is website design only, so a completed brand identity (logo, colour palette and typography) needs to already be in place before we begin, so I can design your site around it. If you don't yet have one, I'd recommend my Brand Design Experience first, or my Brand + Website Experience, which designs both together as one cohesive project — often the smoothest and most cost-effective route if you know you'll need both.

The Custom Website Design typically runs 4–6 weeks from start to launch, depending on scope, content readiness and feedback turnaround. If you're booking brand and website together, that combined timeline runs 6–12 weeks — you can read more on the Brand + Website Experience page.

Your package includes up to 5 custom pages. Structured feedback points are built into the design and refinement phase, so we're aligned as we go — because the process is rooted in strategy from day one, most clients need only minor refinements to reach a result they love. Should additional pages or revisions be needed beyond those included, they can be accommodated at my current hourly rate, quoted before any extra work begins.

The Custom Website Design starts from $6,000 AUD, with your final proposal quoted around your specific goals and project scope. Following your enquiry, a Clarity Call is the best way to find the right fit and receive an accurate proposal.

Yes. A booking fee secures your project and reserves your start date in my calendar, and the remaining balance is spread across 2–4 installments, with every date clearly outlined in your invoice schedule.

My Brand + Website Experience bundles both into one connected project, designed from a single strategic foundation — and when you book them together, you'll also receive a complimentary Business Card and Email Signature Design.

Copywriting isn't included in this package — your website copy should be finalised, or well underway, before the design phase begins, so I can build around your real words rather than placeholder text. If you don't have a copywriter, I love working alongside Ochre & Beige, and I'm always happy to make the introduction.

Absolutely. Your website is built in Showit, which gives you the freedom to make updates yourself after launch — no developer required. You'll also receive personalised training resources and tutorials, plus 1 week of post-launch support, so you can manage your site with confidence.
