One round of refinements is included after your initial proof, to keep the process moving within the week. If you'd like more flexibility for feedback and revisions, my Custom Website Design service may be a better fit.

Because the entire process runs on a tight one-week timeline, all content — your copy, images, brand assets, domain details and key business information — needs to be finalised before your start date. If it isn't ready in time, your project may need to be rescheduled to the next available opening.

Yes. A booking fee secures your start date, and the remaining balance is spread across 2–4 installments, with every date clearly outlined in your invoice schedule.

While we're working from a template foundation, every element is customised to your brand, content and imagery — so the finished result feels polished, cohesive and uniquely yours, not off-the-shelf.

If you'd rather your website be designed entirely from scratch — with more pages, more flexibility and more rounds of feedback — my Custom Website Design service is the better fit. And if you'd like to design and build it yourself in your own time, my template shop is there for that too.
